At RedBlaster, we stand by the quality of our products and want every customer to enjoy their purchase with confidence. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.
🧾 Eligibility for Returns
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, based on the carrier’s delivery information and the timestamp of your first email to us. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference.
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
All approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
📦 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@redblaster.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your item first. Once the return is approved and received, please place a new order for the replacement product.
⚠️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of condition (photos/videos) is required.
🌍 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. This right does not apply to opened or used items due to product performance and safety considerations.
💰 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days and there is no delivery confirmation from the carrier, you will be eligible for a full refund.
