If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

No worries — just contact us within 48 hours and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Return Requirements

To process a return smoothly, items should be:

Items We Can’t Accept for Return

To ensure every customer receives brand-new products, we’re unable to accept returns for:

• Used or opened items
  
• Consumables (e.g., gel beads)
  
• Personalized/custom items
  
• Sale/discounted products
  
• Gift cards
  

Shipping & Fees

• If it’s our mistake or a product issue, we cover all costs.
  
• For other return reasons, return shipping is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies.
  
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and check the item.
  

For EU Customers

You have a 14-day cooling-off period for unused items in original condition.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.

• Ensure all players understand rules & safety signals before play.
  

3. Prohibited Behaviors

❌ Do not carry or display in schools, airports, public transport, or government zones.

❌ Do not repaint or modify to resemble a real weapon.

❌ Do not use in crowded areas or near roads & vehicles.

❌ Do not aim at strangers or property outside gameplay.

4. Battery & Charging Safety

• Use only recommended 7.4V rechargeable battery.
  
• Avoid overcharging, water, heat, or metal contact.
  
• Remove and store battery safely after use.
  
• Stop use if swelling, odor, heating, or leakage occurs.
  

5. Damage Response & Support

If you notice damage, jamming, overheating, strange noise or unsafe behavior,

6. Environmental Responsibility

Dispose of gel balls and residue properly per local waste regulations.

Do not leave hydrated gels on the ground — they may cause slipping hazards and environmental issues.

Responsible play means respecting people, property & the environment.

7. Legal Disclaimer

By using this product, the user agrees to follow all safety rules.

Any injury, damage, or legal consequence resulting from misuse, modification, or unsafe operation is the sole responsibility of the user.
