📦 Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are shipped from our international warehouse.
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days after dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package status.
🚚 Shipping Method & Package Handling
- If your order contains multiple items and the total weight is under 5kg, we will combine them into a single package whenever possible for efficient delivery.
- If the total weight exceeds 5kg, your order may be split into multiple parcels to ensure safety and faster transit.
🌍 Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
- Asia: Japan, South Korea
- Europe: Most major European countries are supported. Please note that some smaller nations or remote islands may not be eligible for delivery.
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
- Oceania: Australia
